Miamor.com accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do NOT accept checks, or cash at this time. PLEASE NOTE that we only accept one form of payment per order.
How do I know if my order went through?
After your order is submitted you will be directed to an order confirmation page with an order number. If you’ve reached this page, you can be assured your order did go through and will be processed. You should also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is submitted. In addition, you can log into your Mi Amor account and view the order under Recent Orders. If the order is not listed it did not go through and you will need to place the order again.
How soon will I receive my products?
We aspire to process every order within 72 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship orders via USPS or UPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO Boxes
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently shipping to addresses within North America, including Canada and US Territories. We are not currently shipping outside of these areas
Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
Sorry, a separate order must be placed for each shipping address.
If you are shipping to an address different then your billing address, you must select the box labeled "I certify that I am shipping to an address other than my billing address". By not selecting this box, your order may be delayed if you are shipping to an address other than your billing.
What is your exchange/return policy?
Miamor.com accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. We can only exchange/return unused or unworn products purchased from Miamor.com. We do not refund or reimburse shipping charges.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging; failure to include a copy of your invoice could delay the processing of your refund or exchange. On your invoice, indicate which item(s) you are returning, the reason why the item(s) is/are being returned, & which item(s) you'd like to receive as an exchange.
Please note: all refusals (customer refusing acceptance of an order being delivered), and all non deliverable items (i.e, 3rd delivery attempt unsuccessful; customer not giving a complete or valid shipping address) are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. This means that our cost of shipping AND a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of the order. The remaining amount will be issued to the original credit card used during time of purchase.
Which method of shipping should I use to send my item(s) back?
You can choose any method you like (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as Mi Amor will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.
What if I was shipped the wrong item(s)?
Please contact us and we will be happy to correct our mistake.
